This is a question that has been bothering me for a while. What exactly causes those "rubber leg" knockdowns? I heard somewhere that it was because when you're hit on the jaw it jars a nerve that causes your legs to feel like rubber. Is that right? Does anyone have any links to any sites that talk about that? I just watched Tyson vs. Berbick a while ago and now i'm really wondering.

You didn't know this already? I thought that'd be general knowledge for a boxer?
