Sounds like your trolling pal when you're mentioning mcfarlane, cornish and nick campbell. They are 3 very low level poor fighters It's the equivalent of making an english thread and saying dave allen, uzzy ahmed and steve robinson
well who else is there recently im no expert mate they have all been in ring recently maybe no cornish but he was up against joshua folk remember that im no saying there good
Jim Watt wasn't as good as Ken Buchanan but looked after his money better, despite having a pretty tragic life. Fell short of being an ATG but Buchanan sure was. Very interesting guy but not yet mentioned was John Cowboy McCormack. Beat Henry Hank and George Benton, 2 fantastic wins,. Also fellow Scot Chic Calderwood, another top ten man.
I suppose so, but mentioning some grossly overweight poor heavyweight like Jay Mcfarlane with a 14-8 record and hardly any wins over fighters with a winning record, feels like a sly trolling dig to me.
its no trolling ffs mate your negative fella macpharlane and campbell were on sky last year thats why i said it im no a boxing expert like you are mate
My Mrs makes a wicked scotch egg . Scotland has produced some quality boxers over the last 20 years or so but they were more prolific at the turn of the 20th century towards the 30's .
John Simpson - there's a name I haven't heard in a while ! Used to really enjoy watching him fight. Josh Taylor is an excellent fighter. To become undisputed inside the amount of fights he did with some top wins over Prograis and Ramirez speaks for itself. He had a horrible camp for the Catterall fight which showed in the performance and came up short against Teo. Really hope he can get his career back on track and be involved in more high level fights (including the Catterall rematch). Alex Arthur should never have been fighting at the weight he fought, absolutely mullered himself to make weight. Probably should've been fighting 2 weights higher. Scott Harrison was a force to be reckoned with , huge at the weight , that could've achieved more if it weren't for his struggles outside of the ring. Ricky Burns was the ultimate pro and the perfect example to any young boxer on how you should look after yourself if you want to squeeze everything out of your career. He had an excellent career and his performance against Kevin Mitchell was superb.
