You are absolutely right on that and I'm thinking that he probably told Floyd that he wouldn't be **** without him. You don't tell a Floyd Mayweather **** like that and ole Bob is paying for it right today. Bad move on his part.

No person with that much wealth keeps track of it on his or her own.

hopefully he knows the Mike Tyson story and doesn't end up broke in 10 years time and fighting in airport hangars after his advisors and friends milk him dry

Firstly, they choose to work with that company because they're not good businessmen.

Secondly, I'm talking about great fighters who the fans want to see in a fight with Floyd. Of course, B-fighters like Robert Guerrero have no business asking for 50/50 because they bring no fans to the table (because they have no notable wins on their resume).

I'm talking about guys like Canelo, Hatton, Pacquiao and Cotto, who bring half the fans to a Mayweather fight. That's why the PPV numbers are higher when Floyd fights someone like Cotto, Canelo or Oscar.

Here are some concrete examples of good businessmen.

Tommy Morrison's manager demanded a 50/50 split from Lennox Lewis, who agreed. Lennox's people knew that without an opponent that people want to watch, they can't make money.

Roy Jones refused to take 40% for the Hopkins rematch. Hopkins was forced to accept 50/50.

Tyson Fury managed to secure a 50/50 split with David Haye.

Look at what the smart people do instead of looking at what the stupid ones do. You should use smart people as an example.

you should get into boxing managing then chief...id love to see you secure 50 percent against floyd...with any fighter...lol...ill admit you have the right idea.....just aint gonna happen....but take your MBA and sell yourself....im hoping to see it get done....you can get done what actual managers/advisors cant

im not even trying to be a dick or insult you...its just ridiculous....even manny aint gettin 50 as we stand today

no offense but you are using hw fights from 80's/90s, a tyson fury/haye fight, and hopkins/jones fight how many years passed relevance?
