Usyk is not a one trick pony. All know it. Okay. Usyks blows are not powerful like Joshuas, Furys, Wilders or Ruiz. Okey. But his blows can rock all the HWS of today. Why? Imo rewatching the fight with Fury I noticed his secret is his capacity to land super accurate blows to the chin of the opponent or aiming to an eye , or to the nose but above all to the chin and this accuracy sometimes makes his shots devastating: 1) he madeJoshua blind from one eye around the 10th of the first bout breaking his eye socket. 2) he KO'd Dubois with a very accurate jab to the chin (incredible). 3) he broke Furys nose with a magnificent overhand aimed to it. 4) he made Fury stagger with super accurate combos of hooks to his chin. The guy can box as any other fighter around. If he remains concentrated for 12 rounds he could tear down whoever he wants ....or almost. Thoughts?

I ****ing hate kettlebells, but also love them. And honestly, the best part about them is that they don´t build muscle if you do the traditional "swinging" exercises. More guys at lower weights should utilize them as it´s a great way to build strength, stamina and endurance without gaining any significant weight.
