I'm still sad that Forrest lost that one, it's not like he couldn't ave won... bad tactics, I assume a **** training camp because his stamina was nowhere to be found.

Everytime he set up a 1-2 behind the jab he was scoring and Mora backed up into his control.

Sad, I'm a genuine fan of Forrest.

 

Count me in when it's become the "Latin Earthworm.."

 

You're a bandwagon Forrest fan. How about giving Mora some credit instead. Mora's movement kept Forrest from getting in sync. While his punches weren't so much better, they were more often.

I'm a bandwagon Forrest fan? What Forrest bandwagon was going around? I mentioned him around here more than anybody.

How about this Lance, Forrest tooled Mora until he gassed, then showed tactical ineptness for the rest of the fight, allowing Mora to get an unnecessary boost on him tactically and proceeded to do very little for the remaining rounds, except take too many punches.

Even later in the fight, when Forrest worked the jab, a hard right followed that sent Mora going back, then he abandon's it again. There could be multiple reasons for it.

Everybody knows the level of fighter Sergio Mora is.

 

I dislike Mora, but he did well tonight. I think that Forrest looked like **** though. I'm sure that helped the latin snake.

Yeah, and he beat the fighter you said was tops @ 154. So what level is that? You place too much importance on what YOU think a fighter should and will do. And if they don't, something was wrong....

Well, in this case, the consensus is that something was clearly different from his other recent performances, discounting opponent level and looking at his general lack of his important weapons after round 4-5.

Against Picirillo he looked somewhere back to form and I said if that was indicative of his current form then he could easily clean out the division if given the fights.

I absolutely did, you just tend to focus only on what you percieve as a negative, or you try to wind posters you don't like up, or post about Floyd, so you miss out on a lot of different types of discussions.
