    Firstly the punch landed on the side of the head and you could clearly see that from one of the angles they showed in the replay. But even if it didn't Bootleg D is a serial rabbit puncher and the punch he dropped Fury with the first time landed around the back of the head (not saying it was intentional though) and numerous opponents of his have complained about him going Bombsquad on the back of their noggins.

    The shot was legal as it hit him on the side of the face not behind his head. Yes it might have cut his ear or damaged his ear drum but it was legal. In the first fight Wilder’s first knock down of Wilder was a rabbit punch at the back of his head.

    Don't know exactly what happened but something was off after that knock down he looked out of it and off balance kinda like when Farmer fought Diaz he looked off after getting hit early in that fight and was probably concussed as well. It was weird. Fury did the damage from a punch and it concussed him and that's fair and part of boxing but I told my friends at a fight party I was at that he was done because he had no balance and his legs were gone.

    Mr C, you're not wrong, but I think people are missing the point that the second knockdown was due to a HUGE body shot. That also
    took a lot of life out of Wilder's legs. Fury landed a couple other big body shots; they took a toll.

    This is something that puts Fury, the natural boxer, higher than the athletes/learned boxers like Wilder and Joshua. Fury is much bigger than
    his opponents; you would think that it would be hard for him to reach down and hit a smaller mans' body. But he does it because he understands boxing like Mahomes understands the football field and Luka Doncic understands the basketball court. Use all the tools!

    Wilder rarely even uses his jab, despite having a wingspan of a 757 plane. Got to use all the tools in your toolbox.

    It's a fight, not a tickling contest, as Mr Hatton might say.

    Wilder and his beachboys will run with it of course, while ignoring all the countless times he rabbit punched, slapped or hit fighters while they were unable to defend themselves.

    Everyone else is just rejoicing in the moment.
