It's difficult to create such a list because many present boxers that are currently on top of their game aren't really at the end of their careers, so it's hard to judge. If the list is 2001-2010, then I see it reasonable, although not in that order. But if it's since 2000 to present, then I feel some guys like Rigo belong in the mix. I may be subjective as he hasn't got much of a resume, but he has the skills to be considered for that. Also, maybe Andre Ward should have a place in there as well.
Wladimir Klitschko is a great boxer but i'm not sure he should be ahead of Froch because Wlad got KO'ed a couple of times but if the question was since he got KO'ed twice then I would agree he is definetly in the top 5
