If you skip breakfast and lunch then why do you even have any sort of interest in nutrition? That's not smart. Any nutrionist will tell you that breakfast is easily the most important meal of the day to control hunger and provide energy for during the day. Don't try to justify your **** eating habits by misinterpreting what you read.

the whole six meal;s a day caters for body builders. its a science. while ur body is healing u require the nutrition throughout the day to maximize gains. also speeds up ur met which of course helps u get cut. but u have to tailor ur diet around ur body type and goals.

also i'm guessing because the goal these people strive for is more aesthetic bodies, as opposed to higher athletic efficiency

That's just not true Lefty. Study after study is coming out to prove it so.

I recall you're some kind of sports nutrition student. Look at the guys website, look at his clients, and don't get all sulky with me that I don't eat breakfast and have no problem getting through the day without eating too much.

I've always eaten three large meals a day. It's what I feel best with. Besides, if your training how you should be, who has time for six meals a day anyway. That's luxury right there.

Well that makes sense..... Here's another one - if you're training like you should be you shouldn't have time to go take a **** either.

As mentioned previously, I believe individual body type plays a bigger part in this debate than most realize.

Because bodybuilders/fitness models claim a lot of bull**** to deflect attention from the use of substances.

They want to sell supplements etc so they have to hide that: clen, ephedrine, dnp, gh and tren > diet for aesthetics

Every nutritional article you read will offer a different opinion. But I've seen the many meals a day theory recommended often enough to believe there's merit in it. One of the benefits is it spreads the effort in the digestion of food out. This eliminates that tiredness you get after you devour a huge meal.

I've switched to smaller, more frequent meals not necessarily because of the supposed metabolic benefits but because it's greatly helped me prevent overeating and I tend to feel less sluggish too.

I don't see why you say it's "bull****". It's just another method of consuming calories throughout the day.
