Most heavyweights fill out and get heavier as they get older. It's not exclusive to Lewis...

I watched alot of varying footage of him recently and it's absolutely ridiculous how thick and muscular he was later in his career. If he was on steroids it would not shock me in the least bit. The guy was a ****ing building at the end there. Just massively built and muscled.

I think he took roids, and my best guess is so did most of his opponents, so it's all fair. All part of the game.

anyway, if this thread is NOT about debating whether he took steroids then it's just a gay place to worship his thick muscular body, so I'm outta here .........

He's a really big guy and it looks like he justed filled out to me. He was never exceptionally pumped up; just big.

    Yup. It's called getting older.

I've put on 25 pounds of mainly muscle in 10 years. Am I on roids? Hell no. I just got older.

Let me know when you look like a brick shithouse with bodybuilding proportions.

I mean, it's not like Lennox Lewis had millions of dollars on the line every time he stepped into the ring for 30 some odd minutes.

The worlds just over ****in' FLOWING with men who wouldn't stick a needle in their arms or pop a pill for a few weeks at a time for millions of dollar paydays every few months!

    Negative, good sirs!

    Yup. Spot on.

It amazes me that people can't tell a manufactured physique from a more realistic normal one.

I think most fighters are using roids or some other performance enhancing drug whether it was Lewis or Tyson or someone else, its the money as you say and also a belief that you can't compete without them. Schwarzeneger admitted using them but he is in the minority when it comes to people being honest about this. It is a bigger taboo than being gay and I wonder if we will have a rash of people coming out of the closet, so to speak in years to come.

I have always pointed the finger at Naratilova, not because of her sexuality, but because she was an east european with a masculine physique at a time when east europeans were going wild with the roids, any comments on that?

    great thread

People don't know that steroids don't just help your muscles. they help the body recover a lot quicker to punishment and enhance fitness and all types of strength

Mhm, steroids are almost NEEDED in high stakes sports here injuries are common and absolute need to be healed almost super humanly quickly.

Is there really any doubt what so ever why so many MMA's use them?
