The skill gap between Lomachenko and Rigo is pretty big

WTF??? So you think Rigo would have beaten him in the amateurs?? Lol The skill gap was obvious. It wasn’t just the size difference. and Rigo isn’t THAT far out of his prime. If at all.

Read the post again before spazzing the **** out. I said “In an odd way” and I also said “I know this is the pro’s”

If this fight never happened... the argument on who the best amateur ever was would have went back and forth between Loma and Rigo fans. Now... Not as much. Loma schooled him.

We will still never know how it would have gone. This fight didn't 'seal the deal' on anything.

Rigo is 37 which is ancient at the weight that he fights at. Then you add the fact that he moved up 2 weight classes against a prime guy who's the truth and you get what we saw tonight. I want Loma Garcia that's the fight to make both guys prime.

I would say it ‘Sealed The Deal’ on who the better boxer is with the higher skill.

loma was two classes below a short time ago. weight had zilch to do with it. loma was infinitely faster and more skilled.

Rigo was never a high volume puncher. His punch rate was abysmal even when he held every advantage in a fight. Not sure what people were expecting him to try against a taller bigger opponent. Come out and all the sudden be a volume puncher? Rigo was good at what he did but he was totally exposed and outclassed tonight and quit like the ***** that he is instead of getting KOed and going out on his shield like any self respecting fighter would have.

No it didn't no matter what rigo is 37 which is old at any weight but ancient at rigos weight don't act like rigo was prime because he wasn't Loma is prime. Lomas win over Russell jr is much better because he was prime and there's no excuses

Nah I can't expect a 37 year old guy who moved up 2 weights for a pay day to go out on his shield. Rigo knew he was going to lose as soon as it got too hot he was going to just try to survive and spoil or call it an early night and look for a way out.

We just watched a super hero. It's down right shocking to see how good he is. I'm now comfortable calling Lomachenko an all time great.

What part of rigo is 37 don't you get? Is rigo prime? What 37 year old fighter who fights at 122 is still kicking ass in the history of that division? Loma may have always beaten rigo prime for prime but to act as if rigo was 28 and prime is ridiculous. Loma was the big favorite for a reason.

i never said 37 had nothing to do with the result. i responded to a clown saying it was about size. age very well contributed, size didn't. just like people saying age had nothing to do with wlad-joshua. age matters.

Loma does the same exact thing making Rigo quit and all, if they were equal in age and size. The skill told.
