I don't really watch much amateur boxing, but that seems to be how they run in the pro ranks.

eastern european countries containing slavic people are actually some of the best athletes in the world. In this years olympics, slavic countries won 145 total medals and 43 golds. Usa has a total of 110 and 36 golds. Btw their are less slavs altogether then the total population of the USA. Plus slavic countries are substantially poorer. With much worse training programs.
