The Sky commentators were awful.

    Bull****.

JMM found a way not to get stopped.

    That's not easy.

That's harsh, have you seen enough British commentating?

I watch other sports too and think that British commentating is by far the best when they have the right people.

Only time I hated the commentating was for Hatton/Tszyu and that's understandable because they're celebrating a new British fighter who could bring a lot of excitement.

dont he's an idiot who's hatred toward sky commenting is based on nothing other than the fact that one of them obviously banged his sister or something cause none of the points he made are anywhere near being accurate or truthful.

to say that they didnt giv jmm any credit for the work he did is stupid. for example in the 2nd when jmm landed a huge right they clearly said "wat a right hand it looks like it it stunned floyd a bit" then when floyd knocked him down they again alluded to the right hand by jmm by saying " and mayweather pays him back to show him who's boss"

so clearly they did praise marquez work

Praising him to the extent of comparing him to Sugar Ray Leonard is bordering on delusional.

By far the best commentary I ever heard was the American one for Casamayor-JMM. I'm terrible with names though, so I have no idea who it was or what network.

I never saw that fight unfold live to tell you the truth, but I can imagine the amount of nut hugging that went down. No question.

His skills goes that level, that can't be denied though still needs to be proven in his next 4 fights. So going that far is not new with Mayweather considering his obvious abilities, that's not something everyone has, it's something that people see once a generation.

I agree that comparing with Leonard is delusional especially accomplishments but in terms of ability he's up there, NOT with Leonard or above but at least I think it's fair to say he's in that league.

    I know..

It was the same with Hatton bvs Mayweather..

That Jim Watt was making out Hatton was being killed..

Floyd Mayweather pecks at fighters, he has not been destructive for along time.

Sky commentators act like a bunch of queers.

Very well said. Problem with the leonard comparison though was they were trying to say last nights comeback was as impressive as Sugar ray's comeback against Hagler.

Now all due respect to Floyd as he put on a great display last night but come on its just not the same.

I wanted someone to punch Watts face in last night, he was basically tongueing the **** out of Mayweathers arse all night forgetting to mention how much of a mismatch and farce the fight was.

When he fights and beats people like Mosley,Williams,Margarito etc then credit him.

I prefer the passion fueled British commentary at times, but Jim Watt is a broken record.

And not a very good one.
