Name one sleeper per division that is seldom seen in the consensus top 10 lists but would wreak potential havoc on some that do.

I'm goddamned tired, John, but I love your posts.

One fighter I will name is Greg Haugen. Under-rated, very skilled, and gave fits to even the best of fighters.

Others? Tony Tubbs and Greg Page at heavy. Big-time skills and big-time drug problems. Dave Tiberi at middleweight, though a little soft he beat Toney going away. Lastly, Jose Luis Lopez. Ike Quartey was never KO'd but Lopez was within a hare's breadth of doing just that against a prime Quartey. Again, refer to drugs.

Fits of laughter perhaps. When he stepped up to the real elites he was embarassed.

Flyweight: Mark Johnson (and Yuri Arbachakov)
Bantamweight: Lionel Rose (and Jeff Fenech)
Featherweight: Howard Winstone (and Ernesto Marcel)
Lightweight: Sammy Mandell (and Wes Ramey)
Junior Welterweight: Eddie Perkins (and Packey McFarland)
Welterweight: Billy Graham (and Pernell Whitaker)

I'm probably out of my element a bit above the welters, so I'll stop there.

Tony "The Tiger" Lopez at SFW
Wars w/ Lockridge and Molina show him able to take a punch, able to brawl and able to box. The KD that Lockridge laid him down with amazes me that he could even get up let alone come back to win. I don't see him being an easy out for anyone at this weight.

Let me stick w/ the name lopez...Danny "Lil Red" at FW...
again very under rated...Wins against Ruben Olivares, David kotey, castillio and Ayala show him able to box, unleash devestating power. He would continusly stalk and wear down opponents. Even his loss to Chacon does not really diminsh him in my eyes, and the losses to sal sanchez late in his carear show him as able to take a punch (If he was in the 12 rd era, his legacy might even be enhanced) and remain competitive w/ the elite of the division.

I always liked Tony The TIger Lopez. He was one of my favorites, and a feather in his crown was exposing Jorge Paez as a second rate overachiever, but a likeable and harmless one, however.
