The version that Holy did beat was so incredibly depleted physically and mentally that he was not comparable to the prime version. Tyson was never made for a long shelf life, too small, relied on lightning quick reflexes, perfect balance and stamina, all of which fade in adulthood, but which really fade when you are partying and do three years in prison. By the time he faced Holy, he was a small, one-trick pony.

Holy doesn't sniff a W against the 86-90 version of Tyson.

I think Beterbiev would have to fight a real defensive fight.....

I hear ya man, and you might be right, but for me Holyfield was every bit as 'unbeatable' on his best 100/100 night. Id take light, raw Holyfield or big roid Holyfield to beat any version of Mike. I just think his attributes are all wrong for mike, who even at his incandescent best, liked mutually agreed moments of truce. Holyfield will never give him a moment. The young, volume Holyfield; and that is far from the best version v Berbick Tyson would habe been a fight for the ages, our FOC maybe...

Nah bruh, that's a mismatch, Beterbiev would end up like Spinks except it might take 2 or 3 rounds

Peak Holyfield was the guy that fought Douglas.
