bull crap. CHeating is cheating and i'm tired of people making excuses for Toney. If steroids are what he's using to lose weight he's not even a good cheater. He was using them to cheat...against Danny Batchelder to boot. another black eye for boxing. Toney should try exercising and diet.

 

James Toney isnt going to do ****, nothing can come between him and some Popeyes chicken, what a ****ing waste of breating space this bum has taken up, I am still shocked so many acutally that he was going to do something as a HW, Roy Jones Jr will always be his daddy.

i hope wladimir fights toney as a warm up for a unifier. everyone will erupt across the world as the fat jelly baby bounces off the canvas before retiring on his knees or in the corner if he makes it out of the round. oh, and i think it'd be round 2 ko. wladimir respects all opponents these days so toney will get one round before "eating" steel goodness.

Toney should surely be retired, but I give him his respect for a great career. One of my favorite guys to watch of all-time.

Any of the current beltholder defeats lard ass by UD at least. He's too slow at his own game. That's why Peter & Rahman were able to look good against him.

 

I watched Toney all the time, Saturdays for free back in the day, before Roy Jones taught him a lesson. He was truly great at that weight & no one even came close until that fight. Roy used speed and that's what these younger fighters have that would defeat Toney.
