Just a few months ago everybody was calling Cloud overrated, and exposed after the Johnson fight. Now that win looks awhole helluva lot better now! It was a tough fight, but Cloud was a clear winner IMO, and had Johnson out on his feet on two occassions.

Tavoris Cloud is the real deal!

I don't like his style much, but I do admit he might be the strongest hitter and the strongest fighter at 175. He'll always have a puncher's chance. I really would like to see a rematch with Glenn Johnson though. I think Cloud won by a very close margin, but win he did.

Many had Johnson beating Cloud. Johnson is also much better fighter at 168.

Why? Because he beat that bum Green? Johnson is the exact same fighter. Only differance is Cloud & Dawson are miles better then Green.

I like Cloud. I was sitting a few rows back when he beat Johnson and I thought it was the right decision. The one thing I will say is that Cloud may not look it on TV but hes pretty small at 175. I was surprised when he walked past me. If I were him Id stay at 175 as long as possible because a jump to 200 is a bad move IMO.

I like Cloud. He comes to fight every time, which I always respect. That said, I don't see how his stock should go up much just because Glen Johnson knocked out a guy who's never beaten a top 10 fighter in his life a weight division lower. It'll go up some just because that's always how it goes- if the guy you beat wins his next fight, it makes your win look better.

But it's not the kind of thing that makes me all the sudden go "damn, Cloud really is the best LHW out there". He's in contention with a number of other guys trying to catch up to Jean Pascal the same he was before Johnson knocked out Green. I still think Campillo would take him if they ever fought.
