    I'm yet to read it,,,, I have the book in my computer, found a site with many classic books.... lol, I got them all, every last one, I can't wait to read it..... I would love to see more footage of him, what a legend he was.

    I think that that PDF is no longer free of charge , couldn't find it .

    I could only find something viewable but not downloadable
