    Fair point. Look the division is good at present, they are all trying to fill the void left by Calzaghe and maybe even surpass his greatness. In a years time we should have a clearer picture of the strength of the division.

    That's the entire basis of his opinion...that and the fact that he wants to make Joe Calzaghe look like he was fighting in the greatest era of the division.

    We all know that titles mean **** all !! The fighters make the titles not the other way around.

    If any of you guys have eyes to see and logically think that guys such as Siaca; Beyer; Thobela; Lucas (and I love him as a fighter), Catley, etc. could more often than not beat the best of today....it's just plain ridiculous...

    I never said Catley, Thobela, Lucas would have beaten everyone today. You said that when trying to twist things, but I did note the whole overall talent years back was deeper. I noted a fighter like Woodhall, beat future WBA LHW champ Branco (who beat Johnson, now a top SMW years later), beat Malinga, beat future WBC champ Catley and former champ Nardiello, with that it shows the level that he was fighting to get rated, yet you have a guy like Dirrell who hasnt a legit win over any top SMW and hes already highly rated for not doing much. Understand now :good

    im so sick of hearing about ottke and calzaghe the 2 most protected fighters of all time neither of them would win the super six nvm be the best smw of all time roy jones bernard hopkins andrew ward would destroy those clowns in prime i hate to say but even sissy dirrell could probably beat them
