I consider Abraham to have the worst chance at winning this tournament. I agree with everything above.
Kessler pulled out of the initial proposed fight with Miranda (a ten round non-title fight) to pursue his position as mandatory for the WBA title held by Mundine. I assume you're referring to Sartison, however, in which case you're factually wrong? Mogens Palle petitioned the WBA to bump Miranda up their SMW rankings (despite him not having fought a top 50 SMW) and offered Miranda the title shot, backed by HBO. Miranda turned it down, choosing to fight Abraham instead. Sartison was never in the picture until Miranda turned down the title shot.
Cobbler, dont waste your time on answer that fool! you wont get anything back, he`s just a troll with multiple aliases.. ignore him
This thread isn't about Pavlik. Kessler vs. Pavlik would be Kessler vs. Andrade II, I admit. But AA is far too lazy and simplistic to beat a versatile and accomplished boxer like Kessler.
Factual if you don't count the omissions. Miranda was days from signing with Abraham and really wanted a second chance at him. The Palle offer came too late. Well, given how Palle does his negotiating, I'm sure he didn't think so.
Kessler will probably walk the tournie however i do think it eill be between Dirrell and AA to see hu he fites, however Taylor could have a say if he is not completely past it as i fear he may well be
A kessler Froch final would be my dream final. I wouldnt mind seeing Jermain in the final either but i doubt it would happen, but you never know, he may find redemption. I want Froch to win though 1st and foremost! i dont see Abraham being in the final somehow.
We will see :smooch, im actually very tempted to put a large amount of money on Kessler winning the tournament.
I expect Kessler to be in the final and with a good chance of not losing a fight. AA is not going to be beating these other fighters by decision. He must score KO's and that's not impossible. He has limitations but he does how great power. I am interested how he looks at 168. I know it seems unlikely, but I think JT make actually make it to the final. Dirrell is least likely to be in the final in my opinion. Ward seems like he has a good chance even if he loses to Kessler, I could see him getting by the others in the tourney. Froch is like a dark-horse to make the final. I'm not sure how he'll do against everyone. I think he beats Dirrell and Abraham. A rematch with JT is like 50/50 maybe. I favor Ward a little over Froch. Whoever wins, boxing fans win. This is just great and every fight should be entertaining.
