It'll be in Las Vegas and not Texas, so that's a good start.

    still all speculation.

People would turn this into a story if it was the other way round.

THey'd be saying: Lee had 6 people checking his Urine test and Chavez ony had 2!!

    Chavez must be cheating.

Fact is its all conspiracy theories at the minute.

Except he's already been caught once, didn't have to take a test at all vs Rubio at all despite i being required, and then this on top.

I won't rush to judgement here, but we are definitely in the where-there's-smoke-there-may-be-fire stage.

There should not be any suspicion because they let him get away with not taking a test, however andy has skinny legs, long neck, straight up and down, no lateral movement, chin up

this = can not bang with a mexican, can not infight, trying to survive.

Not really. Using the Pacquiao example (the most obvious).

Pacquiao has been accused of cheating for many a year now. NO proof has been provided, he has NEVER failed a drug test, he has NEVER been banned, he has NEVER missed a test (to my knowing). This is speculation and these are conspiracy theories.

Compare that to Chavez. He has failed a test in the past. He has been banned. He has missed a test. There is evidence to back up his cheating (given he has already been banned). Not just conspiracy, but also facts.

zbik is an extremely ordinary fighter and chavez landed 100's of bodyshots to his midsection and he didn't seem all that troubled months later sturm busts him up and stops him in 9 rounds. he's never been known for having power, he's been taken the distance with journeyman type fighters like matt vanda and the other guy who canelo stopped in a round. how can his power just improve so quickly

I think thats exactly what Team Rubio is trying to say. One guy in the bathroom that he didn't know was there..that left AFTER Chavez left the bathroom. Sounds like a faked **** test to me.

What do you think about Martinez all of a sudden becoming a power puncher? Or kirkland's chin all of a sudden holding up against Angulo's punches?

Lol, no. Normally only one person should be present. State comissions may have different rules but they are hardly the standard...

    Relevant text from WADA:
"5.9.1 The Witness (DCO or Chaperone) shall escort the Athlete to the toilet facility.
The Athlete will carry his/her own sample collection vessel.

5.9.2 The Witness shall be of the same gender as the Athlete providing the sample.

5.9.3 The Athlete shall be encouraged to wash his/her hands before providing a sample.

5.9.4 Once in the toilet facility the Athlete must remove all clothing between the waist and mid-thigh, in order that the Witness has an unobstructed view of sample provision. Sleeves should be rolled up so that the Athlete’s arms and hands are also clearly visible.

5.9.5 The Witness shall directly observe the Athlete provide the urine sample, adju*ting his/her position so as to have a clear view of the sample leaving the Athlete’s body."

    DCO=doping control officer
