Who are the best Thai boxers? Do they all cross over from Muay Thai kickboxing? I know one of the most successfull muay thai to boxing fighters is Paul Briggs.
Why u mad 4? I'm guessing you know more about this subject than me which is why I asked the question. I have a bigger interest in Thais and Muay Thais these days since my country is the greatest Muay Thai country outside of Thailand.
JWP was great don't get me wrong, but, while not really full MT rules, the Netherlands clearly has the best kick boxing nation outside SEA.
I was asked just this week. This was my opinion then (few posts down) it's rambling but might be of interest. http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=378058&page=29 Samart Payakaroon was the most talented though. The weight drained corpse you saw against Fenech was not indictative of his real class.
Give me some more info. Fenech would have beaten any version of Payakaroon so the result certainly was never in doubt:good
Agreed. And Smitty you're right, in boxing. In a straight up fight Samart would've killed Fenech, literally.
And more info', the post I linked you to is as comprehensive as I can give you at...20 past 10 in the morning.
Not in an all out street fight. Fenech ****s him up there. He is one bantamweight who would have a 50-50 chance in a street fight with Liston.
