    Tulaganov is 6 feet and one inch tall and is 27 years of age. Rustam Tulaganov lives in Oxnard.

    Won a silver medal at the 2015 Asian Championships and a bronze at the 2016 Olympics. Winner of Asian/Oceanian Olympic Qualifier. Winner of 2015 Strandja Memorial. Two-time winner of Sidney Jackson Memorial. Also a three-time Uzbek Nationals winner. In his amateur career has defeated powerful David Nyika twice. Has a win over a man who defeated Savon, Anton Pinchuk and others.

    Nyika seems to get robbed too much in the amateurs, Tischenko and Tulganov twice.

    Think Tulganov will be a low level contender, tbh he fought Nyika when he 1st moved up from 81kg, Nyika would kill him in wsb
