    Yep. Hopkins and Pascal are cans, Bika and Sukhotsky on the other hand... Now those two are cream of the crop ELITE LHW's. Chicken Kovalev needs to start fighting guys like that more often.

    Basically, HBO took Kovalev when he wasn't known outside of hardcore fans and turned him into a top attraction in the sport. Main Events only real asset is Kovalev.

    Everyone knows Al Haymon has other people's millions to spend, while HBO is still constrained with a budget.

    I don't like the fact that this fight will not happen, but it's understandable why Kovalev's handlers would act in this fashion.

    Calling Kovalev's opponents "Kans" shows the OP either doesn't follow boxing or is just an idiot. He has beaten in consecutive fights two former lineal champions in the LH division. Stevenson's fought a complete bum in SUKhotsky and a Super Middleweight in Bika.

    I'm not a fan of the Mohammedi fight, but I understand that he has to fulfill his mandatory and frankly he deserves a soft touch. At least he's not like Leo Santa Cruz who only fights soft touches EVERY time out.

    dawson dominated a younger version but still old hopkins and he beat him.

    so whats your point?

    pascal win was good but nothing more! he wasnt a elite fighter
