Then why fight DLH and Hatton? those fights you just mentioned were last year and he hasnt faced a top welter in 07 so why is he the best welter. DLH is old and at 154 Hatton is pure ****. If he barely survived against Collazo what made anyone think he would last against Mayweather.

Mayweather has great skill we all know this but he does not put it to the test with the best challenges. I get why he fought DLH(to get popularity) Why fight Hatton? especially at Welterweight. Hes a ****en midget light welterweight at that.

I think Margarito would be more competitive than Baldomir or Judah. Although Margo is too crude to beat PBF his iron chin and constant work rate would give Mayweather trouble but Mayweather is too good to lose to Margo.

 

Floyd is by a fairly wide margin the best fighter in the world right now and is the best WW out there.

I think Cotto is #2 and I don't think he could beat Floyd, just too great a skill set with great quicks and unbelievable acuracy

Margo lost to Paul Williams and a lot feel he either lost or drew with Clottey. He showed he was nothing special holding the WBogus belt.

Cotto beat Quitana who is nothing special 23 fights and he's 30 years old.

When Margo fights opponents they have all said when he swings his punches they feel refreshed because of how wide and looping his punches are, it's like a fan pointed towards the fighter hes fighting.

 

cotto is the only WW to actually do something to earn a shot at pbf...the rest have done nothing at all....
