Head to Head, I would still rate Floyd above Paul but I would say that Paul would give him the most trouble out of all those fighters based on his size and reach.

I would love to see Mayweather face Williams, but unless he does something big soon, it wont happen.

Williams presents big problems for anybody though.

I do not think Margo is the best. far from it in the WW division. I think Cotto is the best true WW out there. Mosley is damn good too. Paul Williams I am not so sure about. He barely got past Margo. I believe Cotto actually has the tools to beat Floyd.
AND NO I DO NOT HATE FLOYD!! He is a very gifted athlete and i dont understand why he does not seek the hardest challenges.

... Cotto the best? He struggled with an old Shane.

That old Shane would also give Floyd his toughest fight up to date. Cotto and Shane beat everyone in the Welterweight divison Paul Williams gives them both trouble but i think they come out on top of him. You can honestly say that Cotto is not worthy as an opponent to Mayweather?? and before you answer that think about his last two fights.

I said Cotto isnt the best at 147 but I never said he shouldn't fight him next.

Let Cotto become a star and beat a bigger name decisively and then they will fight.

As much as I want to see this fight NOW, if Cotto beat De La Hoya and maybe another top welterweight, this fight would be even bigger. Boxing's a business, so for them, it makes sense.

Exactly, if they can make this fight huge, even better for all of boxing.

I want Cotto to fight DLH next so he can get that superstardom he deserves then that fight would be huge. I honestly do believe Cotto is the man to dethrone Mayweather.

shane would get outboxed badly by PBF...shane is easy to outbox...his jab is **** and his lateral movement is ****..both in which you need to have a good shot at beating pbf..oh yeah and shane's defense is **** also...shane got the **** countered out of him in the 11th while cotto was on the move...that would be what the whole fight looked like in pbf-mosley....that would be pretty much easy work for pbf

It hurts my heart to see our great brazilian Popó in that situation.

However Shane has both speed and power. Something all of Floyds opponents seem to lack.
