Liston`s hook was a lot faster than his right hand.

Well Ali was better at landing te right cross than the other guys you`ve placed in your reply aside from Wlad.

I`d pick Lews and Louis above Shavers here because they were better at landing with their crosses.

The right cross that Tyson knocked Botha out with was one of the best right hand KO`s ever at heavy, but it was thrown straight.

AJ`s right hand is really sharp, the one he floored Povetkin with was a very good cross indeed and set up in a clever way, if he knocks Miller out with his right hand I`ll put him on this list. Wilder`s right hand is one of the most dangerous punches in heavyweight history.

    1. Rocky Marciano (Susie Q ask Walcott)
    2. Joe Louis (Sharpest laser straight right in all of boxing history!)
    3. Max Baer (actually killed a man with one of them so hard to argue!)
    4. Wladimir Klitschko (Precise right hand bomb, not very durable but boy can he punch)
    5. Ingemar Johansson (Nickname was the Hammer of Thor take a guess why?)

This is not in order from best to worst just my top five heavyweight right hands in the history of the sport!

I liked this list. The Hammer of Thor was no joke in those days. It's tough to compare era's especially when the heavyweights of the 40's and 50's were significantly smaller but within their era Louis, Marciano, Baer and Johansson deserve mention.

I assume this doesn't include overhand rights?
