Top ten most impressive wins of the decade were nearly all by Americans? (and one was by a Jamaican who's lived all his adult life in America...).

    Who would have thought it?!

I would like to hear about why Hopkins beating a welter is better than Jones beating a heavy.

I would say that for me it would have to be a tie between Pac man - Barrera and Mayweather - Corrales. For Pac to just dominate and steamroll through barrera was shocking and heartbreaking for me to watch. For the Mayweather win, well I never expected Corrales to lose by TKO. I mean he was a beast back then and for him to get dropped like that throughout the fight was crazy.

*I mean Morales v Pacquiao I, hopefully that was obvious.

And Rahman-Lewis I would be my KO of the Decade. That shot would have dropped a rhino.

Good list, except forrest-mosley shouldn't be so high.

Fight of the decade, corrales-castillo 1.

Trinidad v Joppy is a more impressive performance than any I have seen Ruiz produce at heavyweight.

He asked for "most impressive" wins, not "best fight" or "best brawls". :good

Vazquez-Marquez 2 definitely could be in there.Marquez was pound for pound number 3 before that fight, but I take your point I think he was mis-interpreting the question.

    1. Toney-Jirov, one of my all time favorites, and possibly the Greatest Cruiserweight Title Fight in history.

    2. Jermain Taylor-Hopkins I. It was wonderful to see that racist bigmouth eat some humble pie.

    3. Joe Calzaghe-Bernard Hopkins. See 2.

    4. Trinidad-Vargas. Everything a fight should be. Oscar should watch it, maybe some pubic hairs would spontaneously sprout.

    5. Trinidad-Joppy. I still laugh when I see that punch that made Joppy look like an Olympic Gymnast on the floor.

    6. PBF-DLH. What a schooling. Floyd Jr. should have worn a cap and gown to the ring, like a College Professor.

    7. Mayweather-Corrales. Floyd's coming out party.

    8. Tarver-Jones II. What a shot!

    9. Mayorga-Forrest I. Ricardo finds his lost son!

    10. Trinidad-Mayorga. See 4.

Pac Barrerra over Hopkins and Tito...

MAB was a bigger favorite.. Pac was stepping up in class and this was his first fight at 126...

Im not sure how high MAB was at the time (p4p#5??) but Pac was nowhere near the top 10

I think Lewis v Tyson has to be there too! It was a huge fight at the time even if it was mismatch!

It wouldn't make my top 10.

Though it did make me a few bucks back when it happened.
