    After Cruz tagged Ruiz, Bayless calmly stood there and observed. He then stepped in once but took a step back.
    Bayless did his job.

    I'm not sure what you're referring to in Mayweather-Maidana 2, and I agree that the stoppage of Ruiz was premature on Saturday night, but it wasn't the worst I've seen, and the fight was going to end shortly anyway.

    So Bayless is still fine in my book.
