The tragedy of the last time that Chris Eubank really went for it

Chris Eubank often seemed to embrace the notion that boxing was the noble art of self defence. He would hit and not get hit, and usually did just enough to win. But when he was roused, he was truly formidable. Eubank's rematch with Michael Watson should have been remembered for the way he recovered from a knockdown late in the 11th round of that fight and absolutely flattened Watson. Unfortunately, Watson still hasn't fully recovered from that punch, so what most people remember is the terrible aftermath to the fight, the career and very nearly the life of one of those brave fighters.
