I 100% guarantee, if they both switch accomplishments, you'd be argue until the cows come home and carry on arguing when the cows got home that Mosley should've been ranked above Pacquiao then. And everyone here knows that.

If you can't PROVE that Margarito cheated in the Cotto fight then you're just talking out of your ASS. The FACT of the matter is, the winner of Cotto Margarito was recognized as the #1 147lb fighter in the world. It is also a FACT that Pacquiao has NEVER fought the #1 ranked 147lb'er in the world.
