    Not at all. My argument against the TBRB is that their rankings lack objectivity...

    NOBODY gets moved down in ANY rankings for winning. What happens is, a guy has a p4p ranking, and then by beating average opposition, makes himself vulnerable to people moving UP from behind him.

    Nobody goes "oooo, clear win over an ok opponent, he should be demoted"

    You are clearly way out of your depth. You don't even understand how these things work and are incapable of applying logical thinking to said; you just see rankings you don't like and start screaming unintelligibly about them.

    YOU DON'T GET MOVED DOWN RANKINGS FOR BEATING A GUY WHO IS AVERAGE. YOU DON'T GET MOVED DOWN FOR FIGHTING A GUY WHO IS AWFUL. YOU JUST LEAVE YOURSELF OPEN TO BEING OVERTAKEN BY SOMEONE WHO BEAT SOMEONE BETTER.

    DO YOU UNDERSTAND? :lol:

    You seem to want my statement, the one you keep quoting like it means something - that people prefer to see consistency than a single big win - to apply ONLY AS YOU UNDERSTAND IT. But the way you understand it makes no sense :lol::lol:

    Objectivity in rankings is not...possible. Every human being on earth is informed by his experiences, opinions, and interactions. Pure objectivity does not exist, even in computing where a programmer creates a programme according to his own inherent biases.

    An "objective" ranking as you are using the word has never existed in history. It never will.

    But by employing 50 members - as opposed to 8 or 10 say - TBRB aims to iron out the little kinks and biases inherent in any system. If you were a member though, we'd need about 800 guys :lol:

    CLEARLY Pacquiao doesn't fit this description since beating Bradley back in April of 2014 - TWO YEARS AGO - yet he's #2 P4P on your so-called list.

    It's amazing all the logical and intellectual flaming hoops you're willing to leap through to defend what is nonsensical.

    Now we get to the real bones of it - your bf isn't ranked. Andre Ward was removed for inactivity. The inactivity clause is set out on TBRB's homepage.

    You even accepted this fact on page 96:

    ME: You don't fight...you get stripped...you need to prove yourself before you are reintroduced.

    Kid: Pacquiao was fighting, active, and as i've already explained to you, fighters who are fighting don't get stripped for inactivity. This is the difference between Ward and Pacquiao. Ward, as you ACCEPTED :lol: has to prove himself before he is re-introudced. Pac was never removed, and nobody behind him overhauled his status.

    So it doesn't matter if he fits this post that you keep quoting - a post about why people rank Golovkin over a guy who was beaten by Pirog :lol::lol:

Normally I find these things boring; p4p especially, is very dull, kids arguing about the difference in fractions between their favourite fighter and the one above. But you made this really fun.     So why then does that same rule NOT apply to Andre Ward? And please, the "inactivity" argument is tired. If Pacquiao is an "incumbent" then why wasn't Ward in his last fight?

    I asked to to justify ranking Bumlovkin @ #6 P4P - you were unable to do so.

    I asked you to justify ranking Bumlovkin the #1 contender @ 160 - you were unable to do so.

    I asked you to justify ranking Pacquiao #2 P4P based on your own stated criteria - you were unable to do so.

    You must eat lots of Swiss cheese because your logic and arguments are both full of holes...

    You then tried throwing 3 names at me and I asked why you thought those 3 men should stand toe to toe.

    Now you're talking about changing Kovalev's gameplan because Moorer is more complete?

    I think he has the chance to really solidify himself against some quality opposition and leave a formidable reign worthy of ATG standing. If he gets past Ward then Beterbiev, Gvozdyk, Shabranskyy, Bivol, Mekhontsev are a stellar crop of prospects and the first three are on the brink of title contention already.

    I'd be more impressed with him beating Beterbiev than Stevenson, Adonis is faster but largely one handed and i suspect not as durable. I wouldn't be surprised if Artur hit harder and the pressure he provides would be a bigger test of Sergei's metal. Adonis would spend most his time not engaging while its hard to envision anything other than a war versus Beterbiev.

    The potential talent is there to make the next few years the deepest LHW era since the late 70's early 80's imo.

    Your line up of STAFF is IMPRESSIVE!
    I began a work in March/2007 that I title: the UWBCAFO-I. Try to echelon boxing. WBC WBA IBF WBO '1e'. All else being "second echelon eligible". A '2e' title having approx FIVE USA States value. Echelons don't mix. I'm supporting the '1e' and act as goverance for the '2e'.
    We.....temp dq the "Cruiserweight Div."/ all 'C' aught only compete up (HVY-wt.). To the '1e' we "advocate" RE-setting at 190/195 "champions choice"/VACS, 190. '2e' this is "fast rule".
    We regulate MEN'S SIDE of our SPORT, ONLY and.....world titles ONLY! ["mix" on Intercontinental ASO/ETC.]
    IBO UNNEEDED "Group 5" is WORST CANCER of the SPORT right now!
    I could spell out a few more details here!
    By the way, talking about RING MAG! I worked at Ring one SUMMER under Bert Sugar. It was "FUN", yet SERIOUS. I felt "unfulfilled" really but...made some FRIENDS [Bert, Herb Goldman, & Herb "amazing". & Randy Gordon who was VERY NICE GUY! We "swap words" from FB recent].
