    Oh stop, The WBO became just as legit as the other straps. The top 3 brought it upon themselves by having bull**** matches & mandatories for too long.

    ......................and so long as Wlad keeps collecting the belts & fighting the best available fighters I'm a happy fan. What the **** is wrong with that?

    The WBO is not yet on par with the other 3. It's getting close, but it isn't.

    Meaningless mandatories. You mean like Austin?

    Or Thomson?


    Seriously, I saw nothing in Thomson that would suggest he's anything more than average.

    No snap to his punches. No power. Low workrate. Little or not movement.

    A high, solid guard, decent chin and zero foot movement doesn't make a great heavyweight.

    He's a southpaw Dominick Guinn in essence. (and yes, I saw that fight).

    Guinn fought at about a 3 out of 10 urgency.
    Thomson about 5 out of 10 urgency. That's why he won it. It was awful.

    Yep, you have no argument so you do the old Klit-fan mockery. Bruno lasted about 5 rounds longer against Lewis than WALD would have, and 4 more against prime Tyson than WALD would have so chew on that fan-boy :hi: :rasta

    It's not even that prestigious is it? Same goes for the WBO, the guy that holds that belt has never been the 'champion' as far as I can remember.

    So when Riddick Bowe beat Hide for the WBO title was he champion again, seeing as he'd already beaten Holyfield who had the meaningful belts :think

    well even if you hate the wbo its really in a way a legit belt. you lose ranking from the big 3 if you own it

    anyway ruskull im so tired of your klitchko nut swinging. wlad is good. hes not great. hes about 7-9 more defenses of being ultra dominant in a weak era. which is fine. but hes not there yet. (he only had 5 defenses of this ibf reign)

    And just as importantly, and despite Franks obvious flaws of which there were quite a few, he could actually go a little on the inside. I would say, and this seems a very strange thing to say about Frank Bruno, but if he was around today there is an evens chance he could be undisputed champ.........that says more about the state of the HW division today than it does about Brunos ability.
