Yeah, this definitely needed to be a multiple options poll. I had the first fight a draw with Marquez winning the rematch by a point. I believe Marquez is the slightly superior fighter, or at least holds the stylistic edge.

 

This is a duplicate of polls that have been done in past threads. It's getting to be boring already. Quit it.

I think there is no doubt in anyone's mind that Marquez is the superior boxer. It's just that Pac has some intangibles like speed and power that are hard to overcome. I think fighter wise they are both about equal. They both have hard times against the same styles (crafty counter punchers) and both have stylistic advantage over pressure fighters.

 

Would the PAC VS Oscar fight have been done if Pac lost to Marquez the second time? Of course not, Pac is a cash cow and this loss would have put him in a bad spot. The second fight was really close and the more "popular" fighter got the decision otherwise why would we still be talking about this subject?

 

Marquez won fight 2, i scored it 114-113 JMM but you can't cry robbery or anything, i would like to see a 3rd fight.
