I don't care what anybody says. The only good thing to come out of this fight was ... This content is protected Okay, there were other good moments. Calzaghe's hump dance behind Bernard faking a low blow was pretty good.
:zzzz And so the cycle of denial begins again...the MO of you and your type is basically if you can't refute the facts, start crying foul over something that is purely subjective on your part i.e. the number of punches landed by Calzaghe and the legaility of the manner in which he delivered them. Funny how the referee and 3 ringside judges don't share your opinion huh? Hopkins himself never once complained about Joe's punching style - he complained about everything else, but not about what appears to be the most grasped at straw of the Calzaghe-hater (when faced with facts) :yep
My post was in reply to the claim that Calzaghe did not land more punches than Hopkins and that he threw them illegally. None of the 4 officials present had any problem with Calzaghe's punching technique, nor did Hopkins - I'm sure we would have heard all about it if he did :yep You have chosen to misinterpret my reply and instead refer to the split decision and, by proxy, the final scorecards. I am happy to address your statement with the following:
Sorry I thought you were refering to the final scorecards But Calazghe is still a overhyped fighter with a padded record:yep
Thanks for coming, there are plenty of idiots already in this thread voicing the same idiocy as you. Too many one-trick ponies make for an overabundance of redundancy. You are expendable/replaceable/not needed :hi:
