    Ok I know there is a lot of hype for this GGG guy on this forum but I went back and rewatched a lot of his fights. OK he can hit hard and he seems to be a brawler. First off he has toothpick legs and kinda makes you wonder how he can compete with Ward and some of the bigger guys. Another flaw is his defense is bad I mean very bad. Ward make a good point about GGG's chin being exposed. SO far GGG's skin has held up but lets see if it rips once he gets hit by a big puncher. But my guess is his skin is not as weak as the Klitschkos. As bad as his Defense is he had better stay away from Ward. I just don't see why this guy is getting so much hype. He is way to easy to hit and thats going to be a problem when he steps up. AA could not catch Ward and neither will GGG. ANd some has him on the top 10 list P4P?? Thats insane. In closing GGG is overrated at this point and he does not have the skills to live up to all this hype. His Defense is going to be his downfall.

    I disagree.

    Golovkin is a very talented and exciting fighter. I'm eagerly anticipating his next fight.

    GGG haters best hope is that Golovkin gets stopped via cuts.

    Too easy to hit? Good thing for him his opponents were easy to KTFO before they could land all of those punches.

    Ward is indeed difficult to hit, but he is hardly what I could call "a big hitter."

    Also your assertion that GGG's defense is "very bad" is overstated. He's not Floyd Mayweather, but he isn't Brandon Rios either.

    In your effort to balance the GGG hype, you've swung too far the other way.

    Ward out of Oakie - with a neutral ref - would be KTFO by GGG. Its hard to see any other outcome

    Correct.

    But in Oakland, Ward will have a shady home ref like Jack Reiss who'll permit him to deliberately headbutt.

    Ward is feather-fisted, but he headbutts hard. He'll try to cut GGG over the eye by coming in like a billy goat.
