I don't have one obviously since the official stats were never released, I am simply going from memory of what was being bandied about at the time. "Until then that fight was a flop", that's rather convenient, guilty until proven innocent. The truth is nobody can prove it one way or the other, but 850,000 seems reasonable to me at about 60% of the Mayweather views (unless you think most of them were watching Mayweather who nobody knows over here). Also bearing in mind the 700,000 for Bruno-Tyson II and the fact Hatton is better and probably more popular than Bruno.
Cool mate, no bother :good I know that you, like me, are just rooting for the fight to happen and are sick of all this bull****.

I highly doubt Hatton/Malignaggi did 850K.
Fair enough, we can pontificate and prevaricate about dates and intentions all day long, but the facts are Hatton won a lww title in '05, won a ww title in '06, and secured a fight with the world p4p#1 at ww in '07. For me, that much commands respect and proves fortitude. Ultimately, we are all in agreement. It will be a tragedy if this fight does not happen.
It surely will do now, it appears as though Manny does want this one above all others and was just posturing and engaging in some brinksmanship in order to get a bigger cut of the purse....I'm sure Hatton will accept the fight now that Pac has agreed to 52-48 as is being reported...

And please don't use the bruno-tyson reference...because if hatton was fighting a man named tyson he could have made more PPV buys than that. Tyson is a draw anywhere in the world!
No he's not He is very poppular absolutely but to say he is more so then hatton in the uk is bollox. The majority of casual fans love hatton over here :good He is one boxer that you could go up and ask someone who has never seen a fight and they would of heard of him, unlike say carl froch or junior witter etc......... Id say he was the most poppular british fighter that i remember and ive been watching boxing for 23 years:bbb
**** off. Not one person in the U.K(who doesn't live under a rock) doesn't know who Mike Tyson is. I don't give a **** about Hatton's phoney nice guy persona. Mike Tyson is one of the most well known athletes world wide.
