Guys have have never worked out a day in there life dont know that. I came down from 220lbs to 195. I was a VERY shredded 195lbs. I dehydrated so bad that i ended up with terrible stomach cramps. Peformancewise i was garbage. Im now up at 240lbs. And performing twice as a better than when i was at 220. For me to even make 200lbs now would mean id have to cut off one of my legs.

Not everyones body is the same. Some handle weight loss & gian differently. So to compare Jones to others & to deny the truth is pathetic. Stop trying to bash a legend

Jones stopped being superman at the same time BALCO shut its doors.

    Funny that.

He went from 200 to 175 which is a 25 pound weight loss which was mostly muscle. He was not healthy and his punch resistance went way down, look what happend to Byrd.

Jones was fleshy for the Ruiz fight?! Wow

When a fighter makes weight he has to make the bottom line which is whatever the weight is. Jones made 75 therefore at the weigh in thats what he weighed on that day. What he walks into the ring is his rehydrated weight. His walking around weight would be significantly heavier.

Well considering that he wasn't 193 he was around 200lbs makes your argument a tad void.
