Blacks have traditionally been the best boxers in the US to deny it is simply being delusional. Blacks not boxing has had a great effect on US boxing.

 

By the time some selfish player in the NBA MLB or NFL ever get the training and know how to compete in the top 10 level of boxing the brothers will be long retired. How many athletic guys thought they could make it in boxing and get F'ed up once they fight a decent guy. For some reason Eric Fields comes to mind.

 

Oh man, You forgot that the time black american ruled boxing, was a time with most black boxers, east-europe wasn`t even in pro-boxing! today.. there are about the same numbers of black and white fighters, thats why its more even! Black boxers have been traditionally dominate in US boxing. It's the same as saying Black Americans have traditionally dominated basketball in the US as well. If all of a sudden Blacks lost interest in basketball and stopping playing the quaility of Amercian basketball would decline.:deal Why can't people see the correlation?:-( It's really not that complicated.

 

The Eastern European fighters rule the top of the boxing pyramid. Deal with it.
