Which two fighters have fought each other with the best combined talent and accomplishments?.

Probably the best way to do it would be to go down your pound for pound list starting with number one, then come to the first two fighters who have fought each other. To put it simply, the two highest ranking pound for pounders on your list who shared a ring.

The fight could well have been a stinker, and they could also have been well past their primes when they squared off, but it doesn't matter.

Its your opinion. It could well be two heavyweights.

Armstrong and Robinson fought each other, that would take some beating.

    how about just in pros:good
or I think Pep vs Robinson takes it.
I think Armstrong is way overrated, and does respective primes come into play here as well or just names?

Interesting. I think Leonard v Duran takes some beating as well. Someone might have Robinson number one, Duran number four, Leonard five, and Armstrong at seven.

I always felt Robinson against Armstrong would be the one which gets the nod.

Aside from Armstrong-Robinson, I guess some of the other most notable ones would be :

    Greb-Walker
    Charles-Moore
    Pep-Saddler
    Duran-Hagler

Relly is Ross vs Armstrong imo. Robinson is so over rated.

Ross vs Cani follows in 2.

Don't hold back now, you think Ross-McLarnin comes in at 3, and Ross-Petrolle at 4.

    Ross-Garcia rounds out the top 5 :D
