Yep, recency bias is a thing around here.
But this forum has seen way worse and survived.

At least recency bias on Usyk is not that far fetched, and has some decent basis to stand.

I remember not that long ago then it was something like "fURY iZdA gREaTest eVAh!!!".

    This.

Usyk is not "soft nuts" Spinks. Thus he is not going to be intimidated by Tyson's cheap thuggish attitude.

Usyk is definitively going to give Tyson more troubles than Spinks did, and certainly Usyk is going to last a lot longer thanks to his excellent boxing skills and toughness.

Problem is, I doubt Usyk has the power and accuracy to keep Tyson away.

At his peak Tyson was such an offensive monster than people forgets how good Tyson defensive and ducking skills were. When Tyson used his peek-a-boo tactic he was literally untouchable. Therefore, I don't think Usyk will be connecting on target much.

Thus Usyk won't have a real answer to Tyson's relentless aggresion and won't get a respite. Gradually Usyk's will start to feel those punches and he is eventually stopped sometime during the last rounds.

It’s like debating with a little kid.

Oh, Usyk has a 60% KO rate?

    Amazing.

And that is relevant to a specific fantasy fight against Mike, in what way exactly??

I think people are missing a huge point here read the title.

The Tyson who fought Spinks vs the Usyk who fought Fury.

Usyk was 36 years old when he fought Fury and a bit past his prime.

Tyson was 23 or 24 years old vs Spinks and in his absolute prime.

So not only is Usyk up against a major stylistic problem in Tyson he's not in his prime in this match up either where as Tyson is.

People are overlooking that for some reason which is a bit baffling.

    Just debate like everyone else.

    You’re so tiresome.

As soon as your points get countered, you start being sarcastic.

You then start typing absolute garbage.

Then you start targeting the poster specifically.

    Boring and predictable.

Time and again I give you the benefit of the doubt, but it always happens.

    Very poor on your part.

Tyson stops him inside 8. Usyk will survive the 12 if he has his tracks shoes on like in the Chisora fight.

I don't know why he consistently acts like that it's very strange.

He constantly goes into a thread making rage bait posts to deliberately trigger people because he knows full well he's being a wind up merchant.

Then he'll be sarcastic when you try and have a normal conversation with him.

And then when he runs out of ideas he starts throwing his toys out his pram posting absolute tripe as evident in this thread.

I really don't know what he gets out of it but I guess it takes all sorts.

That is relevant in the way that I had just said "nobody was able to simply walk through Usyk".

If only you had read that ...

    I’ve read everything you’ve said.

He’s a technician with limited power, who’s spent most of his career as a CW.

Yet here we’re pitting him against an ATG HW, with huge speed, power and explosiveness.

Which means that what you’ve said isn’t relevant, simply because he’s never encountered anybody like that before.

Also, I never said that Mike would have walked through him with ease. Only that he’d have walked him down, as in - he’d have backed him up and put him into defensive positions.

That's what I was doing, until you upped the ante by starting the insults.

Poor Loudon, its a tough world out here.
    Just debate like everyone else.
:crybaby2::crybaby2::crybaby2: Loudon can dish it out but he can't take it. Kind of a glass chin poster.

Maybe try not opening up with the insults then. Did I call you an idiot? No. But you sure did infer that I was one.

I'm ok with that, if you want to go that route. As you have noted, I'm quite practised.

Everyone here was having a great debate, whether on not people agreed with them or not.

You then started being sarcastic, saying that an angry midget would have chased Usyk around the ring.

I then rightly told you to stop acting like an idiot.

    It’s very simple.

You can either debate properly, or you can leave the thread.

If you want a debate with me, then I’m here.

    If not, then that’s cool.

Just reply to the other posters instead.

Wow, you're pretty tough for a guy who has only two hits left on his asthma pump. Living on the edge, eh?

I can see the sheriff layin' down the law to those pesky varmints in his one horse town alright.

Look, I respect other posters as much as the next guy, but if anybody disagrees with me about Usyk vs Tyson, he's a Nazi.

Ah. Well, if I'm told to remove it, I certainly can. I was intending just to gently point out the silliness of getting angry over fantasy fights. And the Ukraine thread is inundated with the word.
