Terrible condescending article from an obvious Mayweather fan. It's a lot easier to say "those who like Pacquiao, don't understand boxing" rather that break the fight or Pacquiao's style down. He isn't intelligent enough to do that, so relies on belitting those who disagree. He's talented, eh?

Even those who fon't like Floyd acknowledge he's a master boxer. At the same time, HE should realize being a master boxer doesn't equal being popular.

Don't know. But not being dropped is never a good reason to play it safe and bore the crowd when it's clear he could be doing a lot more damage.

its not the knowledge about boxing.....its how they entertain the fans that counts.

If you dont appreciate Mayweather in the ring, you are following the wrong sport because you dont understand ****.... he`s clearly the best boxing artist in the world right now, march 13th cant come quick enough for me but sadly, he still wont recieve the proper credit despite a lot of people favouring Manny to win right now & despite Manny`s brilliant on form run.

Put it like this...I was debating with a Pac fan a while ago who wanted a source on the info I was giving..i provided a source and than the pacfan stated "**** you"..MOST OF THE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT LIKE FLOYD DO NOT GIVE HIM THE CREDIT HE DUE...

You might be right. There are WAAAY too many new posters, both fans of Pac and Floyd or whoever, who don't give credit to fighters they don't like or know.

 

He mentions 4 people Floyd would beat, none of which he has beat because he has fought none of them...yet. Its pointless and complete garbage...backup with facts...if you say you will beat Cotto, Pac, PW whatever, beat them...or beat someone better than them. Dont assume it so and give credit as if it already happened.

 

I think cotto and mosley both bother Floyd...Mosley is a pretty even fight...with that said we will see just how good Floyd is when he fights Pac..

 

The thread starter did make some valid points such as people picking other fighters to beat Mayweather or at least going on and on about how tough a fight someone will be for him and then not giving Mayweather his due credit when he beats/destroys that guy. I can understand if you go INTO a fight saying Mayweather will destroy his opponent (many said that going into the Marquez fight) and giving him very little credit when you're proven right, but otherwise you have to give the man his due.
