A boxer does not need to be arrogant to gain attention.

Most people in ESB will disagree and argue that the JMM fight was not impressive. JMM came in 2 weight classes, PBF came in 2 lbs over the agreed weight and could not KO JMM.

chess fan first before boxing and I don't like Mayweather's style of not closing the show. There has to be a checkmate, there are no decisions in chess. I have to take down your king in the end or else it is a DRAW. :yep

Yep, we had Haye running and not throwing punches.

We had Dirrell running, holding, complaining, falling down on canvas.

    Then we had Johnson!

I agree. I can envision a time when the fight's over, and Floyd fans are all gathered around a fire, recounting their favourite Grandmaster's, and the wonderful strategies they employed when seeking end-game.

Lo, the folly of those who argue Lasker would prevail against the "natural" Capablanca. I can very well picture the artistic, stylised fist-fights that would occur between Mayweather fans over such arguments.

yea...a 12 round blowout is horrible for a fighter to have...makes the fighter look like he doesn't know how to box when they win all 12 rounds:bart

    FLOYD LOOKED VERY UNIMPRESSIVE:thumbsup
