If you think of the fight like that then fine. But JMM is no joke. He hasn't fought in over a year, and he's hoping this sets up a mega fight with Pacquiao. Not to mention JMM is no ****ing joke. If you think it's that easy you're crazy. Should Floyd win? Yes. But it's no guarantee at all. JMM is coming to win.

 

Floyd doesn't need to sell bigger than Pac-Cotto.

A fan of boxing wouldn't want ANY major event to fail even if it's headlined by someone they hate. I never wanted ANY Calzaghe fight to fail and was very happy to know about the attendance in the Kessler fight and pissed off about the PPV numbers in the Jones fight and I don't like Calzaghe at all.

I think what he means is Mayweather is leading right now with his PPV numbers compared to Pac. Next event should give us another answer and I think it's fair to say Cotto for Pacquiao is a bigger name than Marquez for Mayweather and based on styles the casuals enjoy, the Cotto/Pac fight guarantees more excitement there. So let's see how it goes, I personally hope both do great numbers.

In Dubai, All Pacquiao fights are paid ranging from 25$(If you have a membership card) - 35$. And sometimes if you buy a Pac bout you add around 5$ more and u get 2-3 big bouts free.
Like if you bought Pac-Diaz you get Cotto and Pavlik bouts for free.

And Mayors or Governors makes FREE LIVE VIEWING on basketball courts (2000-5000) people, Bars and Restaurant makes FREE VIEWING IF YOU DINE IN, and CINEMAS offers cheaper rate than NORMAL PPV and its on a large screen with tons of fans.

Imagine if Philippines has only PPV...
