Usyk will win and will likely stop Fury this time.

People need to stop crying about who is the referee, looking to get excuses in early

Fury is obviously shot, but let's see if he can least produce something early. I think he can still stop usyk early

It's a pity he didn't live a disciplined life, or this would be a routine victory for him. However, that's on Fury himself. But it will make his victory more sweet that he's clearly shot

One last top performance from Fury's failing body gets him the win

Fury isn’t obviously shot - that is THE early excuse and false saver in the event of him losing, obviously.

It also being framed as a false enhancer in the event of a possible Fury victory. Talk about some people wanting their cake and eating it too.

Do people think that Usyk is Dorian Gray - somehow completely immune to wear/tear and the natural effects of aging?

Has Olek hidden a painting of himself in some vault that magically ages instead of him? Hardly. Open both eyes.

Blind Freddy could see that the ref in the first fight saved Fury from being stopped/KO’d in round 9.

Certain Fury fans refuse to admit this - even going so far as to applaud Fury for “surviving” the round on his own. Lol.

The ref went out of his way and obstructed Usyk several times during his assault and also allowed Fury 18 secs respite from the time he ruled a tech KD to the time he waved the fight back…but aw shucks, by that time the round was then over.

Gee, the ref was even kind enough to assist Fury back to his corner, the same Fury he deemed “fit” to continue - but hey, let’s not touch that fact or any of the other damning facts with a 40 foot pole.

No one’s crying here - but I did read some crying earlier in this thread. Pure projection.

People should actually stop crying that Usyk was legit KO’d by Dubois - didn’t happen folks, it was a blatant low blow - and it was one of a number of low blows landed by Daniel throughout.

Whatever anyone feels that Fury has done to himself, yes it would be on him, so why bother mentioning it, let alone over and over?

Just another saver and excuse - and there has been a million and one excuses plied by and on behalf of Fury.

If Fury thought he could beat Usyk earlier in the piece, he would’ve taken the fight much sooner than this - but he ducked and delayed Usyk instead, talking rubbish while trying to age him out.

Fury is nigh on shot. His legs are at maybe 30% capacity. He has next to no athleticism. His punches have never been the sharpest. He's always had that X factor, though. I would be surprised to see him do it. I don't think he had Usyk as hurt as people make out. He did back off and looked like he felt the punch, but he wasn't in any kind of shaken state.

To win it Fury will have to risk being knocked out.

    Yeah he's major shot
Usyk is a little older and over the hill, but he is not shot

I still think a seriously shot Fury has a chance to pull it off. He was clearly shot last time, evidenced by his performance vs Ngannou and still was competitive

I think he will take risks

Fury starts out even quicker, and gasses out even quicker. The repeat of "round nine" comes even earlier in the fight, and this time the ref won't be able to save Fury from the stoppage.

I expect a better Tyson Fury next weekend.

He hasn’t had to navigate camp (specifically sparring) with a cut so I expect his timing and preparation to have been far better.

Secondly, his wife suffered a miscarriage just days prior to the bout.

Imagine he’ll have the bit between his teeth to right the wrong and if he’s learned any lesson, it’s to make sure his dad is NOT in his corner on fight night. The corner work and the amount of people throwing there 2 pence in with different instructions in the first fight was abysmal.

On the flip side, Usyk always seems to be able to raise it when you think a fighter may be getting on top of him. For example, I think it was the 9th or 10th round where AJ really opened up on him and you thought he was really putting a dent in him….. only for Usyk to come out the following round and go through the gears, it just completely took all that success and confidence away from AJ.

I can already see unfounded accusations of corruption, and claims Usyk is somehow too old but Fury isn't nonsense (they're 18 months apart in age).

Getting in the excuses in advance in case Usyk loses? Shameful. Give both men their dues.

People were talking about Usyk getting robbed last time but he didn’t. Although the fight was close enough that they could have robbed him. Now people are talking again about Usyk will get robbed because then there will be a third fight and so more money can be made.

People forget what the Saudis intention is. Their intention is not to make money. Their intention is to improve their reputation. That’s why they are organizing all these sporting events. That’s also why I don’t think they will allow robberies. They want to uphold their reputation and robberies will ruin their reputation.

I’ll make a last minute change and say that Fury wins this by shocking KO.
Then we’re going to have the third fight next year.

It just highlights how close the first fight was and the second one will be. Suburb match up in skill and ability.
