    Roach is a good trainer

Khan is a good fighter with a bad chin, but improving overall

Salita was not considered to be all that great before or after the fight

Khan did well, what he should be doing to become great

Not if you have John Ruiz as your ward.

Bradley is feather-fisted so that fight would be logical. They won't fight Maidana yet because of his power even though he is not as good of a boxer. Bradley seems better to me, but Khan could challenge him and give him a fight. Maybe win in the near future.

Add a very talented fighter. You're missing the most important part, unless of course Ariza gives his fighters a "special" formula.

    1. salita was running to make weight on the day of the weigh in and he was so close to not making the weight he weighed in naked on his first attempt. usually fighters at least try to make the weight with their clothes on first to pose etc and then strip down if they dont.

    2. in addition khan has a good albeit short amateur career behind him.

it was a silly mismatch but I dont blame Khan i blame the WBA for making salita a mandatory.

Salita has been protected as much or maybe even more than Khan has. At least Warren risked Khan's fragile Glass Jaw against Prescott. Salita has fought NOBODY. This fight means NOTHING. I know this was a mand fight but Khan can't keep being coddled and protected forever he is eventually going to have to fight a puncher again.

And when he does he will crumble to the canvas again.

    Not a great deal.

It was impressive the way he dealt with Salita.... but really anything less than a convincing stoppage win would be a negative.

I'm also quite certain he loses his top spot in the GJ rankings as well......

Salita's chin is made of tissue paper and his defence is pretty basic.

    Khan is fast and powerful.

When is Amir gonna avenge his loss to Prescott or does he get a pass on that 1, the dude chin is made of just about the same porcelain as RJJ, I Thought when a fighter gets KO their first order of business is to dispatch with the man that KO them out, guess not in Khans case you just act like it never happened.
