The Viper can he go down to 147

    Can he go down to 147.or should he stay at 154.I think if he can make 147 he should go down what do you guy's think.

    If he could he would definately be a main player. Thats another guy i would pick over PBF at 154 or 147. He has a chance to beat any WW.

    If he can get down to 147 comfortably then he should definately go down. That being said I highly doubt he can.

    one of the reasons vernon moved up a couple of years ago, was that he was already having trouble cutting weight. he could probably do it, but not comfortably.

    Yeah it will be great for him to go down to 147 he should do that.

    He would be a real wrecking-ball in the welterweight division, but I honestly don't think he is able to cut enough weight the proper way to do so.

    Just imagine the possibilities: Forrest vs. Cotto-Margarito winner, Forrest vs. Judah-Clottey winner ... it's a good division.

    At his time of life, forget about it. We had a shocking reminder of how cutting an unreasonable amount of weight can **** an old man recently.

    With the millions more that he could make at 47, not to mention the fact that he was once champ at welter, don't you think he would've stayed there if he could?

    Vernon is too big for welter today.
