Anyone else having trouble viewing the event after purchasing it?

I just keep getting a white screen with the following text after I've inserted the Payment Ref to 'Watch Event'

Any help would be much appreciated

Yeah, got Flash Player installed, just updated it to see if that makes any difference, but to no avail
