From long before Vitali agreed to fight him, in fact since before Wlad fought him, I and many others have been pointing out that Sam Peter is a clubber with little skill and ZERO ring intelligence.

This is a guy whose best weapon is an illegal punch, and who throws lead uppercuts from the outside, misses by feet (not inches - FEET!) gets countered (naturally) then tries the same thing again! He's a heavy-handed moron.

So I would give Vitali some credit for beating the lump that was put in front of him as I did when he beat Sanders and Williams, but NO, beating Sam Peter does NOT all of a sudden make him a "hell of an impressive HW Champion."
