The classics in question are not your run-of-the-mill Legendary Nights types, ones that already have ample retrospective attention given, but rather those forgotten gems that maybe didn't quite make the ESPN or Ring Mag short lists of FOTY candidates or didn't involve two big name stars/elites (or even one) that were nonetheless memorable thrillers in their own right for reasons self-evident when you watch. Typically in these you will find that neither is a household name - or solely the more famous "A-side" in the match-up is, but it's among their less frequently brought up nights at the office...though not wanting for merit. So don't expect to find any Tua vs. Ibeabuchi stuff, which has been retrodden over and over with a fine tooth comb. These are no doubt classics, but off the beaten path...
