    Glad to hear it.

Golovkin wins by stoppage as usual.

I'm willing to bet that Jacobs will vacate his belt (a la Canelo).

Should be the 2nd easiest belt for GGG to pick up after Canelo vacating. lol

GG better accept giving Jacobs 45% or it's a duck

    Yep

Could happen. His excuse could be the classic " not enough money"
You know , he just called out GGG in the ring, after his fight, so I hope he doesnt do a chicken move a la El Pollo and vacate the next week

He did do a rematch with Mora , he could lie and say a rematch with Quillin is more lucrative for him

Explain how GGG can 'duck' a mandatory fight? Only way is for him to drop the WBA belt and we know he isn't going to do that. If they can't agree on a split it goes to purse bid. No way to 'duck' on that scenario.

Yep, as a Cancelo fan he should know that.
I'm also pretty sure this will end up as a pursebid, knowing Jacobs' insane money demands. That way he has to accept 25%, which is never going to be as much as he wants because that would mean at least a $12 million ($3m for jacobs) and that isn't going to happen.

    It's debatable.
HBO pays K2 to show GGG's fights, and Im sure HBO would be thrilled at the idea of bringing Jacobs in for the fight and would throw another mil or so in to make it happen.

    That said....
In a purse bid scenario, Jacobs will ONLY GET 25%.
We're talking something in the neighborhood of a mil.
Jacobs gets almost half that from Showtime alone.

K2 would be wise to offer Jacobs something in the neighborhood of 35% and goes as far as 40% to secure the fight.
Sometimes you gotta pay for a name like Jacobs.

IMO, if K2 won't give 35% then it's a duck, if only financially.

LOL so if the fight goes to purse bid and happens it is a duck in your mind? The only way for either fighter to 'duck' this fight is to vacate. Period. We know GGG isn't vacating.

I dont think K2 cares too much about Jacobs fake trinket or about Danny s scalp

One would say that Danny Jacobs would be more interested in GGG trinket and his scalp, he doesnt have no negociating power in this mandatory position

Does Danny think he can beat Triple G ???
    Thats the real question

Saw a youtube today & Jacobs was saying he has a bout lined up in December, not sure how that will work out?
As for GGG ducking a mandatory don't be childish...

In any case, I would like to see this match. I suppose Jacobs is natural MW, has decent punch power. I admit that I haven't watched his matches recently. I read that he had a spectacular win against a unknown guy, ten days ago.
Short prediction, without crystal ball : Jacobs will have some moments, but he will be dropped twice or three times, and GGG's haters will speak about premature stoppage. DJ will last seven or eight rounds. After match, he will speak that GGG is not so powerful puncher....

Jacobs scalp would easily become a top 3 win for GGG and BJS is occupied until at the earliest, January/Feb 2017.

Whether or not Jacobs is confident in his ability to WIN this fight doesn't effect the making of it one way or another.

    It's risk/reward at this point.

If Haymon could petition the WBA to insert Lara as the mandate it would be a smart move by Haymon, cashing out Lara, who he'd be happy to sell off for 1.5 mil, while Jacobs defended vs Blanco and reset his 18 month mandate.
